In Alberta’s current state of uncertainty, it has never been more important for business leaders to clearly understand the key drivers of sustainable performance. For this reason Results is pleased to be partnering with the Haskayne Business School in helping to better understand the drivers of high performance in both good times and bad.

For the past 18 years, Results has been helping Alberta firms transform from good to great, and we see a very strong alignment between this important initiative and our ongoing work in helping Alberta companies achieve better results through disciplined execution.

Below is a message from Dr Simon Raby, visiting professor at Haskayne and leader of this important research project. We hope you will take time to participate.

What promotes sustainable organizational performance?

…is the question currently being asked by the University of Calgary’s Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship as they embark on a study that charts how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Alberta achieve growth.

This program – Promoting Sustainable Performance – is the biggest and most ambitious program of research and engagement to have been conducted across Alberta. It has visible benefits for the economic prosperity of the province, and we are wholly supportive of its aims and objectives.

If you run a business between 5 and 500 employees in size we invite you to take part in this important work. In return for completing a short questionnaire (no longer than it takes to drink your coffee) you’ll be connected to a wealth of resources, in particular an aggregate level report and complimentary workshops through which you can explore the findings of the research, as well as networks of like-minded business leaders.

What’s stopping you? Click here to take part today, or paste the following link into your browser: http://kbs.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_1HpWfvjjaUn6Jed

All data is treated in the strictest confidence and no individuals or businesses shall be named in the research, data will be presented at a group level.

Do you know other business leaders who could benefit from being a part of this research? Please pass it on if you do.
